2004 EVOLUTION OF NUMBERS 10oz SILVER COIN

This is a truly stunning coin to behold. The fourth coin in the Companion
Series brings us the 2004 10oz Evolution of Numbers. Introduced in
2001 on 10oz coins from the Australian Kookaburra Silver Proof Issue,
intriguing and beautiful design is the hallmark of the five-year
Evolution Companion Series. Struck from 99.9% Pure Silver by the
Perth Mint, with a Proof finish the design features the traditional 'P'
mintmark. In 2004, the fourth coin in this highly collectable series
marks the significance of numbers, symbols, glyphs and mathematical
signs. Other elements include part of a stylized Chinese abacus and the
spiral shape of a nautilus shell, one of several objects in nature which
demonstrate the Fibonacci sequence - a series of numbers beginning
with 1 in which each number is the sum of the two previous numbers.
The obverse of the coin features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her
Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. This striking silver coin is housed in a
stylish presentation stand for superb display and comes with a
numbered Certificate of Authenticity. This is a very collectable coin
