2004 YEAR OF THE MONKEY 3 COIN SILVER PROOF SET

This is a marvelous set of coins that has been brought out by The Perth Mint
to celebrate the Year of the Monkey. Part of the Australian Lunar
Silver Coin Series, this three coin set features a 2oz, 1oz and ½oz
coins, each made from 99.9% pure silver and in a proof quality. The
2004 dated coins feature a monkey sitting on a tree branch and the
Chinese character for 'monkey'. The design also includes a border of
five bats among the clouds, symbolizing health, peace and prosperity.
The obverse of the coin features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her
Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
If you were born in 1920, 1932, 1944, 1956, 1968 1980 or 1992, then the
Chinese believe that the monkey will have a profound effect on your
