IN WOODEN CASE

Australia's most thought of animals have been brought to life in this
stunning collection of coins. The Kangaroo, Kookaburra and Koala are
three unique Australian animals which the Perth Mint has captured on
three precious metals.
An Australian Nugget gold coin depicts a strong male Kangaroo surrounded
by sunbursts standing alert in tall grass. Back to back, two Kookaburras
are perched on the branch of a eucalyptus tree on a beautiful silver
coin. Last but not least is a platinum coin which features an inquisitive
Koala resting on a eucalyptus branch.
The Perth Mint's traditional 'P' mintmark appears in the design of each coin
which has a superior proof finish. The flawless and highly polished
background of the coins contrasts beautifully with the frosted design area.
There is a limited mintage of 700 sets on this set of coins. Each set contains
a 1oz pure silver proof Kookaburra coin, a 1/20oz pure gold proof
Nugget Kangaroo coin and a 1/20oz pure platinum Koala coin.
This collection comes in a presentation case made out of wood to highlight
the rich and warm colours of the Australian outback. Jarrah has been
used as the main background for the case and has a sheoak centre piece
that houses the coins. The set number and Certificate of Authenticity
has been laser engraved into the back of the timber to complete this
unique collection.
